Shipping and Return

Shipping

  • We are happy and excited about your new purchase from us, we will dispatch the item within 2-3 business days on receipt of the order and payment
  • We provide free shipping for any orders over $100 AUD and a flat rate of $9.95 will be charged for orders less than $100 for orders shipped Australia wide.
  • We cannot make any deliveries to PO boxes.
  • Please contact us on orders@kudluz.com.au for any queries or updates on orders or deliveries.
  • We will require signature on delivery when and where if requested.
  • Kudlez will not be responsible for re-delivery of any orders taken back to post office for collection.
  • We will not be responsible for any delays whilst in transit.

 

Returns and Exchange

We hope that you are excited and happy to have placed an online- order with us, however for any reasons if you would wish to return or exchange items in your order we will be happy to assist you by providing with a credit note, exchange or refund.

Please note that the following are our conditions for returns,

  • The items must be unused in their original condition with tags including the original packing.
  • We will not be able refund of sale items.
  • We will not be able to refund if you changed your mind for any reason, we can only exchange in such cases.
  • We can only accept return items that you wish to be exchanged within 30 days of date of purchase.
  • Gifts orders will be only replaced and not refunded.

Return postage charges will be reimbursed if the items were faulty/damaged or we sent the wrong item. There will be no reimbursement in case of change of mind in which case you will be charged for posted of exchange item.

If the items requested in exchange are not available or further additional payment is required, we will contact you. 

Please note it may take 7 business days for your returns to be processed and replacement items to be dispatched.

 

Damaged or Faulty goods

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us VIA email with your contact details and post the item to us along with the proof of purchase and we will assess the items for any manufacturing defects. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or credit if the item is found faulty after assessment. Items will be returned to you if it is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault after assessment at your cost.

 

Goods Received Error or Wrong Items Received

If you believe you have received an item that is different to what you ordered, please contact us VIA email. We will arrange for the items to be returned to us and arrange for the correct item/s to be sent back to you.

 

Colours

We have done our level best to display colours of the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee the colours displayed by your devices are same as the one’s displayed on our website as accuracy of colours depend on the type of device used.
